This month Iâve been talking a lot about next-level actions to get even better results from your fitness and health habits.
Youâve probably noticed a theme: itâs all about the fundamentals.
Thatâs because even the best ânext-levelâ actions wonât do much if you arenât nailing your basics most of the time.
But what if you ARE covering your basics and want to ramp things up even more?
This is when you can turn into a mad scientist to find your own âsecret formulaâ for supercharged results.
How to get the ultimate results
Your top tip for becoming a successful biohacker? Experiment with ONE new method, food, supplement, or other variable at a time.
If you change too many things at once and get a boost (or a downturn) in your results ⊠how do you know what caused it? This is a common theme with many of our clients who are so motivated and want to drastically change many things at once. However, when you start making one micro-change at a time, you can start identifying which variable actually serves you well.
Example: Letâs say you start drinking a new superfood greens drink every morning ⊠at the same time you switch your workouts from night to morning.
Or you start intermittent fasting and cut back on cardio at the same time ⊠or you go on a major kick and switch EVERYTHING up all at once.
Suddenly, you notice your energy level changes. Either it goes through the roof or you canât make it till 8 oâclock without your eyelids starting to droop.
How do you know what to credit or blame for these results?
A simple way to start biohacking is to find your ultimate breakfast or lunch. Experiment with different meals for a few days to find out what keeps you feeling full and energized the longest.
It sounds like a small thing, but it can make a HUGE difference in your day!
If youâre looking for that ânext-levelâ edge, one of your most effective strategies is to work with an experienced coach.
The right coach can help you level up your basics for incredible results âŠ
⊠and then layer in some tried-and-true âextrasâ thatâll have everyone asking you what youâre doing differently.

Did you know that July 22nd is National Mango Day?
Growing up in India, we had mango trees in our yard and I would eagerly count down to mango season every summer.
Mangos are delicious and packed with nutrition. They are an excellent source of vitamins A, C and folate. They also provide vitamin B6, copper and fiber. They can be enjoyed as is or tossed into a salad, salsa, grain bowl, tacos, smoothies and many other creative ways.
Here’s a fun recipe to try that is perfect, especially on a hot day.
